How to Find Us
Our dental office is located at 358 Front Ave NW, Castle Rock, WA 98611. If you’re coming from Longview, you will take I-5 N in Kelso and follow it to Mt. St. Helens Way NE in Castle Rock. You will take exit 49 from I-5 N. In less than 9 miles, you will take I-5BL/Huntington Ave N to Front Ave NW. You will pass Harry S Truman Park and our office will be located on the left.
